RX: "Doesn't [TV Personality Redacted] radiate 'I'm a smarmy little creep'?"
Me: "I'm betting he spent a lot of his middle and high school..."
RX: "...lunch money on porn at the newsstand?"
Me: "I was going to say '...years getting his head flushed down toilets', but yours works, too."

This personality wouldn't by any chance have a long barely-spellable Greek name starting with an "S" would he?
Just calibrating my Smarm-o-meter here...
Hey. Whoa.

The number of possible TV personalities who fit this profile is beyond my ability to guess. Although if I swing a cat at an open copy of People magazine I'd probably hit a good prospect.
I'm with rickn8or. That was my first thought too.
Hmmm... moves from Ivy League Political Science undergraduate studies (Columbia, like Obama) to studying Theology on a Rhodes Scholarship to politics to broadcasting. Sweetheart real estate loan that you or I could not get. Overpaid for a first edition of a book on Pawnstars so that it will look impressive on his bookshelf. What's not to like?

See, that's what's wrong with wimmin bloggers. Y'all think your speculation of how he spent his middle school lunch money makes him a creep. Lots and lots of middle school boys back in the day would have thought that made him a hero. (Modern ones, of course, would ask why he bothered with paper rather than pixels.)
First name Shep last initial O?
