What have I become?

4AM on a Saturday morning is when right-thinking people are coming home from nightclubs, not heading to work.

Whining can be productive if applied to the right ears.

I wish I could help you but you seem to have a pretty good life doing what you like.
Have fun at work!

Uh, a cog in the wheel of industry?

A drone?

Sorry, but that's what comes to mind. ;-)

But I like doughnuts on a weekend morning, so I'm glad somebody's got to make them -- the ones I make at home suck.

This morning, however, I'm sitting here with hot cornbread, butter, and Steen's syrup.

Becareful of the morning shift, the darkside lies that way

And I was just sitting here grumbling into my coffee that the semi-annual range cleanup day required me to get up at 7 on a Saturday.

I'm still gonna bitch about it, but at least it ain't 4 am.

4AM Saturday morning is when drunks are coming home from nightclubs and crashing into telephone poles, be careful out there.

4am was when the buddy I'm sharing a hotel room with at an SF convention woke me up by coming in. I wussed out and went to bed around 2:30am. I promptly rolled over and went back to sleep until about 10am. Then we went out for omelettes.

Vacation is good.

Sounds like life in the oil industry. We get up early to get to work when the price of a barrel of oil is nearly $92.

I try to make the office by 5am most days but in the field, 4am sounds about right.

Keep up the good work and keep that oil a flowing! Plenty of us back in Houston are counting on you all to push the end product!

The solution is simple: become an executive then you can stress, err work all the time!

I used to have a shift that was from 300 until 1400, Friday through Monday. Made for a lousy weekend.

Goes away, even Sven.

Did Sven Svennson go away, or do he run away?

Ok, am I clueless or something?

When did Tam get a new gig?

And what is it?

Point me to the right link, that's all I ask.
