CNN reported the whole day that it's Armistice Day, Remembrance Day, or Veterans Day, depending on where you live.

Unless you live in Germany, where 11:11am on the eleventh day of the eleventh month marks the start of the Foolish Shrovetide Season that lasts until Ash Wednesday...
