The eggcrate grille lets us know this is from the final two model years of the second generation of Chevy's C/K pickup trucks, aka the "Action Line" trucks. The rearview mirror being attached to the windshield marks it as a '72, since the mirrors were attached to the cab roof on the '71 models.
The stance and the "454" fender badges, along with the healthy exhaust rumble, let us know it is pretty far from stock.
