Me: ['Way down the wikihole] "Huh. A Christmas Story featured a deleted scene where Ralphie used his Red Ryder to save Flash from Ming... Oh, no... They're doing a 3D remake of the cheesy '80s Flash Gordon movie..."
RX: "With the same music?"
Me: "Well, not unless they hired a medium to channel Freddie Mercury."
RX: "You know, I hear that they recorded that music, and can actually play it back."

SNARK! (Aaaah!) Savior of the Internet!
Zing! That left a mark!
There is no way they could possibly make a movie half as good as the '80s version.
Whenever Holly Wood tries to do a B movie they accidentally make a F movie.
And if they can't find their copy of it anymore I have one.
At least they're not remaking A Christmas Story. Although, they are supposedly making a sequel...
I heard if you play the soundtrack backward at 78rpm you can hear Freddie say "Ming is God!"
I kicked ass on that Flash Gordon pinball machine.
While I missed the closing ceremonies of the Olympics, they apparently channeled a bit of Mercury for the show.
Well, it's not from Flash, but I will dump this and duck.
