Happy Independence Day!

The Armory is closed for the day, and I bunkered in enough beer, frozen burritos, and fireworks last night that I shouldn't have to set foot off the homestead today.

Y'all have a happy and safe Fourth! :)

You do the same, Tam. I'm taking this opportunity to thank you for this blog - you are informative and funny as well. You're one of my daily reads.

I just discovered the Rocky Top Brigade today and glad to find other Tennessee bloggers having fun.

I think I've come across your site before, but hadn't read much until today...you are a cesspool of information my friend, and I like it!

I'm an East Tennessean too and have visited Coal Creek on occassion - maybe we'll talk some day.

Until then, keep on blogging.

The Doctor is bringing tools.

One is 3" bore and stands 7' tall, and the other is 2" bore and stands 51" tall. And I don't have a *darn* thing to launch out of them :)

Thank you for celebrating my birthday.

I will be celebrating Independence Day by going to the range, and practicing the skills to keep that Independence.

Please join me at the range of your choice.

I'll be bringing my toys as well. Dunno what time though...

The shooty goodness is in full swing even as I type this.

Just stopped upstairs long enough to swap out guns.

Michaela is adorable with her purple AR. I taught her "rice paddy prone" today. :)

Just got back from ventilating some rascally prairie dogs - found a new place that is pretty decent. Good exercise for the AR.

I'm pleased to know that I'm not the only one hunkered down for an uneventful evening at home. Oh, but I see you're up to your gang's shootist antics, aren't you? Hope you had a good day!
