I never interpreted it that way...

One of the headlines in today's paper said something about "Obama, Clinton realizing 'dream'".

I must have missed that part of MLK's speech: "I have a dream! A dream that one day little white Yale law school grads can run for high political office with the benefit of millions in shady campaign contributions."

Or "How I used shady land deals and outright bribery to get where I am today" for both.

Maybe it's just me - but when Obama speaks doesn't it sound like he's doing a MLK, Jr. impression?

It's a mistranscription-the word was supposed to be SCHEME.

All I'm saying is this (and with all due respect to Dr. King): I have a dream. My dream is that there will be a candidate actually worth voting for come the election next fall.

Did you know MLK's "I Have a Dream" speech was plagiarized from the 1952 REPUBLICAN convention?

I don't think we should be listening to the John Birch Society.

Well, at least you know that they're not out to sap and impurify your precious bodily fluids.

You know, there's something special about a lady who can shoot the fleas off a dog's back at 300 meters AND throw out a fun Strangelove quote when needed.
