*sigh* I'm going to hell for this, aren't I?

French doctors are amazed that a 44-year-old civil servant with an abnormally small brain has led a normal life with a slightly lower than normal IQ, according to a report on Physorg.com.
The article goes on to state that "the brain was virtually absent" and that the condition is rare, affecting about 1 in 25,000 live births.

You'll notice that it hasn't seemed to affect the man's career as a "civil servant". I believe that if they ran some bulk CT scans down at, say, the DMV or OSHA, they'd find the condition is a bit less rare than they think.

Just goes to show... Uncivil non-servants don't do their thinking with their brains.

Hmm.... wonder what that leaves....

Unfortunately, the same comment will apply to our healthcare administrators when Hillarycare is forced upon us.

I seem to remember that Lenin was found to have this condition at his autopsy.
