...you remember your mom's birthday because it's Bastille Day, and not the other way 'round.

I remember my wedding anniversary as D-Day+1.

In 1994, my dad called me and during the course of the conversation asked me if I knew what the date was. I said "Sure Pop, it's the 25th anniversary of Neil Armstrong walking on the moon."
He laughed and reminded me it was also his and my mom's anniversary.
It's a good thing you posted that because it's next Friday and I almost forgot it again.

all yr security codes are (relatively) obscure historical dates, picked to help you remember the dates as much as remember the PIN number or whatever?
...or is that just me...?:-)
