Hydrate or Die

The humidity needle lying on the bottom of the dial is a nice touch.
You want to drink plenty of water and remember your sunscreen when you're running around all day like this. Especially if you're a squishy and out of shape sedentary type like I seem to have become.

I drank four or five liters of water, plus a couple sodas, each day. In retrospect, that probably wasn't enough. I was definitely falling behind the power curve at the end of day one. Day two was better.
