And amid all the talk, there was notable silence: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided not to appear on any of the Sunday shows to defend herself after a rocky week.
If the GOP was smart (stop laughing!) they'd need to ask themselves if they would prefer to continue operating against Speaker Bugeyes, or her potentially more competent replacement. The Brits had a similar dilemma in WWII.
When your're in a hole, stop digging. If only the political class as a whole could generalize this statement to the rest of their actions.
Pelosi slipped up badly. The sham that they have been perpetrating during the Iraq War about Bush lying and everything showed its real face. Its not that she put her foot in her mouth, but that she inadvertently fumbled her story and by doing so, showed her slip. My recommendation is for Republicans to hammer her until she either resigns the Speaker position or leaves Congress. I hope she fights it....it will be the best thing for us.
C'mon, Tam. There's always the entertaining question of how she's gonna get the other one in there with it...
sorry. Dems utterly incapable of shame or embarrassment. you have to have integrity and morality to be troubled by dishonesty. Pelosi has none of either.
No, the real problem is that she doesn't want to get any more stitches on her tounge. You know, from the talons.
And think of the toe jam.
bet it would taste better if she hadnt stepped in sh## first.
LMAO.Tam stop it or I might bow down before you at the next blogmeet.
