If the car of every city councilperson in Rockford IL hasn't been impounded on the word of anonymous tipsters by Friday, juvenile delinquents have gotten a lot less imaginative since I was one, er, a kid. I'm just sayin'.

Rockford is a total shithole, it's like the Gary Indiana of Illinois, and somehow this news doesn't come as much of a shock to me. I just hope the state gov't at large doesn't get any big ideas...

The thing that really depresses me is that so many comments to the Reason article defend this asinine law.
