Those heathens...

Of course my post from Borders (for which I paid $9.99 for the privilege) didn't seem to post right; hence the double post.

After some driving around and cussing, I gave it all up for a bad idea, went home, drank beer, and read Baseball Anecdotes.

Gunsmith Bob showed up later in the evening, and I convinced him to drive me to Panera Bread, laptop in tow. So. Here we are. Can you hear me now?

(PS: The Safari v.125/Blogger interface sucks big rocks up off the ground...)

Geez, you're a freakin' addict.

Makes me glad I can give it up whenever I want.

Safari and Blogger don't play well together. Firefox is the best Mac browser to use. But you knew that, right?

Where can one find the Nuke Berkley shirt?

Berkeley. Berkeley. Have a taste for irony? Guess who is (and always has been) the operating contractor of the Los Alamos research laboratory (but you knew that). Thus Conscience, you see, hath made cowards of them all...

What does the Safari v.125/Blogger interface do with the big rocks?

Sorry to hear about your net connect woes. I may be stuck with piddly dialup but at least it's stable. Mostly.

Not anymore. UC got the final boot over a year ago, and we've since been under the new (but not more competent) management of the ironically named Los Alamos National Security LLC , mostly via Bechtel. While UC is *technically* still on the ticket if you look up who formed LANS, the situation on the ground here is, uh, less than friendly to them.

Tam,
Did you realize Border's is the most monstrously conceived and dangerous communist plot we have ever had to face? It's even worse than fluoridation.
