I remain committed to promoting gun safety and handgun control, and I look forward to working with Mayor Bloomberg and Newark Mayor Corey Booker and their coalition to reduce handgun violence in cities across America.
Which is funny, because if Harold was all about the gun safety, then you'd think he'd at least have paid a little bit of attention when we gave him a mandatory gun safety briefing before his session on the indoor range, no? Of course, that was back when he was trying to buff up his NRA image to suck up to Tennessee voters.
I wouldn't trust such a weathervane to tell me which way the wind was blowing, much less to represent me in the Senate, but maybe New Yorkers are more gullible than I.

...Hello, Hillary Clinton!
Born and raised in NY, I moved to VT when she moved into town and became senator.
New Yorkers aren't more gullible, they are freakin' STUPID, LAZY, oh, I could be here all day...
I grew up in NY. New Yorkers like to pride themselves on their sophistication but when it comes to politics they are as provincial and conformist as you'll ever find. NYC is the biggest small town in America.
Brace yourself for an Instalanch...
Crimus, We pretty much agree about Harold Ford.
Well, he's a pretty crappy weathervane, then...it ain't socialism in any of its guises that's blowin' in the wind right now if he thinks that's gonna lift his kite.

that's got to mean something.
NYC voters are incredibly gullible. After all, they elected Hillary Clinton and they think the Bloomberg is a Republican. Need I say more?
