I had the weirdest dream last night. I was taking a commercial flight (which is strange in and of itself, since I haven't flown in a decade,) and I was allowed to take my firearm and my suppressor on the plane, but there was a ton of Byzantine paperwork that needed to be filled out. And I needed to have the original Form 4 with me; a copy wouldn't do.
For some odd reason, the suppressor was anodized pink.
It was kind of disturbing that I owned a Smith M&P 9 and a pink can.

Now I have a full size M&P 9 and have to say I like it. . . Now the pink can. . .. that is a bit weird. . . .
If the Massachusetts ban on suppressors (as well as normal magazines, which make owning an M&P9 but only able to put a 10-round box into the well) were changed that I could now own, but they had to be pink, I'd be comfortable with that.
Good thing I'm not very good at remembering dreams, because I'm not sure I'd like to remember a dream like that :P

They say dreams are a manifestation of your worst fears often.
You are clearly afraid of plastic, pink, paperwork, and the TSA.

"You are clearly afraid of plastic, pink, paperwork, and the TSA."
Not as much a fear as a manifestation of common sense.
You are yearning for a baby girl, thinking girly thoughts about catching a good man and being a good woman for him. The plane represents a "flight" to a new stage in life; caring for a family. The paperwork and your reaction to the pink suppressor represent conflict in your thoughts, on how to balance an expensive gun habit with the needs of a domestic goddess - which you would demand of yourself that you become.
That, or you want to weird-out a gun buddy with how a gun can be effective, useful, and pink, too. That is, a prank on a fellow gun enthusiast at the end of the plane trip.
Or, maybe you are just reacting badly to increasing gun regulations and controls, tyrannical impediments to gun owners in the form of paperwork, and having a suppressor in pink is an implication that having the suppressor at all, let alone the paperwork, is so useless, the suppressor might as well be pink. It might have been tan, with pink polka dots, you could have been wearing tan shoes with pink shoe laces, a polka dot tie, and a big Panama hat with a purple hat band. But you would have to write a song about that.
Really, the paperwork and suppressor are so absurd, as are restrictions of concealed carry on airlines, that a pink suppressor is just a slight increase in absurd. Your dream makes fun of gun control.
It was a polka dot vest, not tie.
Fixed it.
Stay safe
@Brad - Sometimes a pink suppressor is just a pink suppressor.
But a pink suppressor ALWAYS needs a Hello Kitty (or Kalashnikitty) decal on the side.
Pink Suppressor?!?! WANT!!!!
What? Please don't say that you've never wanted to flip convention the bird and do something outside the norm.

@Loki1776, I would tend to agree that a pink suppressor may just be a pink suppressor.
In this case however I still think Tam may have a deep seeded fear of polymer and pink. I would advise her to avoid Adult Novelty Stores, lest there be a serious incident.

Sometimes, a pink suppressor is just a suppressor.
;)
That is a weird dream, all right.
Now, had the pink suppressor been attached to the HK-47 it'd make a lot more sense. Is there a Sanrio store near Broad Ripple?
You Driving or Flying to your next Shooting Class? I'd look there for the meaning.
