Politics: The Good Guys win in Brazil.

It looks like the hoplophobes have been handed a stomping in the Brazilian referendum to ban all commercial gun manufacturing and sales.

CCW reform is sweeping over the USA, the inane Scary-Looking Gun Ban of '94 sunset with nary a whimper, a legal industry was protected against state-funded extortion, and now good news from overseas. Things are looking up all over.

Can you imagine the words that are probably coming out of the mouth of Sarah Brady...? LOL

Sure.

She's saying "*Hack* *Cough* Pass me a Marlboro."

I know, I know, that's mean of me...

Congrats to Brazilians!

I spoke with a shooter from there a couple months ago. Though this is a victory, they still have lots of gun control on the books.

Using "overseas" as generic shorthand for "place where people speak foreignese and play soccer." ;-)

Well... technically it's over the caribbean sea. The only land link between south and centralmamerica anymoreis a bridge or two and whatever bits of lock are in the panama canal :)

Feb 6 is Sarah's birthday.

I celebrate by buying a gun and sending her a pack of smokes.

If she wants me to stop doing this, all she has to do is stop having birthdays.

MZW That is the best idea I've heard yet! Lets make Feb. 6 Buy a Gun day!
