I guess I don't see the problem or the reason for the outrage. We're all just people, and some better than others. And some stupider than others, without doubt.

At least the once-common urban female fad of sneering at a gentleman who holds a door for them has gone away.

I actually had one young moron take me to task for opening the car door for my wife and closing it for her when she was 8 months pregnant with our first child.
