Been there, done that.Try to avoid it unless i have insomnia or had a particularly nasty nightmare I'd rather not think about any longer.
That is one of nice things about retirement - if you wake up at 0200 and can't drop immediately back to sleep, you can surf the web if you want (for as long as you want) secure in the knowledge that you have time later to take a nap if you need it.

Anonymous speaks sooth. But I seem to remember when I was ten, summers seemed to stretch out like a life sentence. Now, it seems like I blinked or someething and these two adults are calling me "Dad" and giving me advice.
