Overheard in the Office...

I showed Roberta the article on the bulldozing of the ancient Assyrian capital by the neolithic goatherds:

RX: "It's the cradle and the grave of civilization."

There's high irony in people who couldn't build or repair a bulldozer on a dare using one to destroy the relics of one of the earliest complex civilizations in the middle of a place that is now devoid of the concept.
