Iranian astronauts declared haraam.

(CNN) -- Iran said Wednesday it had launched a rocket carrying a rat, two turtles and some worms into orbit...
All of which were wearing teeny, tiny explosive vests, no doubt, making it the first Persian MIRV.

How do you say 'Allahu akbar!' in Rodentia?

If they were snapping turtles, they could be self-attaching bombs.

Worms- sorry, I got nothing. Not enough coffee yet.

Regards,
Rabbit.

Since it's Persian, shouldn't it be called a PIRV?

Rick tweaked in on the punchline I was going to use, but from a different angle...

The worms won't make it, so it's a Partial Independent Reentry Vehicle.

What they didn't tell you, is they're using a video microscope to monitor the health of plankton in the water for the turtles, an important part of zero-g aquaculture since the surface area, and hence the gas transfer rate, changes. They call this Enhanced Rotifer Tracking.

PIRV-ERT.
