News: Our agent has failed!

The CIA mole we sent to Venezuela under the thin cover of US Ambassador has failed in his mission to destabilize the government of Pugsley and topple him. We must recall him in disgrace, and send another crafty minion of the Evil Overlord Bush.

I think we should send Michael Moore as our envoy; he and Chavez seem to share a common philosophy, and we wouldn't have to put up with more bad documentaries for a while.
