When the justices can outright say effectively "we can't find anything in the law or history of our nation to back up this opinion, except our sense of 'evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society'" - that's not a good sign at all, regardless of your opinion of the ruling itself.Jenny, in comments here.
