More dentistry was committed Thursday morn and as a consequence, I wasn't feeling terribly bloggy yesterday afternoon.
I have been so appreciative of the spring-like weather these last couple days. By the end of three months of gray skies and brown grass, I'm usually about ready to open a vein just to see a bit of color in the world, so Wednesday's top-down spin in the Zed Drei in nearly 70 degree temps was just what the doctor ordered.

No excuses are needed (you shouldn't let the fact that we're getting withdrawal symptoms bother you).
"three months of gray skies"
Great rub it in, we get 11 months of gray skies with three weeks of snow and occasionally as much as two days of seeing the big yellow ball thing in the sky (it's been so long I can't remember what it's called).
The drive is fine but what were the sounds you were playing?
Look, you already supply recommendations to keep my reading and music collection up to date, you can't wimp out now.
(Jeez, some people just don't keep up their 'role model' persona's!) ;-)
Hope you're feeling better!
We've been getting snow dumped on us here in Salt Lake. We could use a bit of that spring weather.
California loves you and wants you to be happy.
I saw 80 on my dashboard yesterday. It was a great top-down day.
Today we are back to gray, drizzle and 50's.
Hot, damp and sweaty here in Southern Flarduh, with Yankees and arthropods, too.
I do feel your dental pain, Ma'am, as one who has congenitally Bad Teeth. No, the fluoride in the water didn't help. I have spent many hours in The Chair, starting when I was a child in the fifties. I think one of the reasons I can't whistle very well is the nerve damage from fifty years of Novacaine injections.
Wisdom teeth ...
Not a problem Tam. I visited the oral surgeon yesterday. I have empathy with your plight. No convertible here though. Sigh.....
@Kristopher
Beat me to it.
Been tired of the wet/cold crap in TN, too, plus I have a GS1000 & bought a month ago. Better weather doesn't help; I still can't yet ride. My Enormous Primary Tomcat, missing since Veterans' Day, came home 2/9, fatter than ever & unwilling to accept that the former Small Auxiliary Tomcat was now boss kitty. In an attempt to defuse, I was premature, & got my hand chomped by the aforementioned 18-lb, mostly-muscle EPT. Can't blame him: they'd been facing off & I reached under him before he reset to "calm."
Today I thought I'd ride, as the storm gods seem to have their attention elsewhere, & as the PO told me, the battery is weak (now dead). Bike sure does look pretty, though. Maybe a charger & tomorrow...
Holey Buckets!!! How much dentistry do you need?!?!? Were you born with a lack of teeth? Or did you drink too much soda in your youth!?!!?
I thought I had the worlds worse teeth! I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. We had VERY hard water from the well. It caused my teeth to be soft and yucky. Had numerous fillings placed by a child hating dentist. bbbrrrrr...still remember him placing his knee on my chest while he drilled, baby drill!!!!!!
Anywho, hope that you FINALLY get those pearlies to a point of beauty. I really swoon over chicks with pearly whites.
Steve
