- ToddG's 2012-2013 pistol-training.com test gun is going to be a Springfield Armory Custom Shop 1911 in 9mm. This should be interesting, to say the least.
- His
IndianNative AmericanCasino-Owning American name is "Speaks With Headlights". Good on the court for seeing through to do the right thing. If the purpose of speed limits is to slow people down, then the guy flashing his headlights was doing a better job of it than the revenooer skulking in the bushes with the radar gun. - I want one of these "Fill Your Hands..." ones real badly. I have no need for one, and I can't even articulate why I want it, but I wants it, my precious, yes I do.

I wonder if he'd do one that says Let Me Introduce You To My Leetle Friend.
I'm impressed. The lower with the MHI logo rocked!
Maybe Todd should do a Commander sized 1911?
If you're just going to hide in the dark to protect you, and your precious, from outsiders you won't get to use it and you will shrivel into something that vaguely used to be human. probably no internet connectivity down there either, and we need our Tam snark.
Al T- that's mine, and Wally gets all kinds of credit in my book for it- he busted his ass to make it happen for me.
Tam, I think you should definitely get one... :)
Being a one-eyed fat man, I approve.
Also, .487 Horseradish. :)
Looks like a lot of the good ones are already taken. Let's see...I know!:
Pew! Pew pew!
Mike James
BORING / MEH / OH YEAH!
Re: Flashing lights: The statute is really about putting one of those dashboard bubblegum machines in your car and impersonating a cop to get people to move out of your way. And I remember (mumble) years ago a cop (in traffic school) telling the class that if we flashed our lights at oncoming motorists we were acomplishing what he wanted, which was to slow people down. Times sure have changed.
You can't have too many AR lowers.
Well, okay, you can, but it's not easy, and you have plenty of room left.
I can get just about anything on a lower... Last night I did a selector labled :( :) and :D
I'm thinking of a cloud / sun / rainbow for a personal build.
The baby Yahweh cries when someone puts together a 1911 in 9mm.
"Fill yer hands..." + MHI logo = WINNING!
Let's see, Steve Jackson Games is releasing the 6th edition, 35th anniversary edition of Ogre, I wonder if he'd approve of Paneuropean and Combine logo AR lowers.
My "Fill You Hands..." lower is on its way to me now.
The upper will be another couple of months.
It is sacrilege,a 1911 in any other caliber other than 45ACP does not smell as sweet. Why screw with the real thing? Big hole in the end of the pistol big hole in the intended target. I agree that being perforated by small holes is certainly inconvenient, large holes are even more so.
Problem is, it's not so fun when everyone has one. But yeah! WANT!
I could temporarily un-strip that lower with my PlumCrazy parts kit!
I just don't get cops who get bent over someone warning motorists to slow down. I always look at it as less work for me. I don't have to go through all the trouble of all those traffic stops the Flasher prevented and everybody slowed down. Plus, we all know of the miriad things that can go wrong on traffic stops. Less work, less risk for me, no expensive tickets for the public and the Flasher gets the satisfaction of putting one over on the cops. It's a win for everybody! I remember one of my cops asking what to do with a guy who was flashing oncoming traffic. I told him to stop him, thank him and turn him loose. I have to admit the young copper was a bit flabbergasted at my recommendation.
Rob,
Fill your hands plus MHI, let's do a group buy!
