Wish fulfillment...
I have been jonesing for a deep-fried bacon-wrapped hot dog for lunch for near a week now. And today...
Oh, baby... Mission accomplished!

Shouldn't that have cheddar cheese melted all over it?
Hot dogs are just an under-appreciated culinary delight.
Given how long humans have been eating some form of sausage, I wonder if we haven't adapted to the ingredients and our bodies now need and crave them. Perhaps we have useful biotics that need nitrates, salt, and beef lips to sustain life?

Not a big fan of onions...but other than that, that sounds good enough that my wife would frown mightyly while I was enjoying it.
I need to come to Broad Ripple and partake of the culinary delights. Week of 7/12 work? I will need a guide!
