Faulty math.

Remember: In the liberal mind, America became rich and powerful by invading poor countries that had nothing and stealing it from them.

So is he wrong? All Pugs has to go on is what he's seen lately...Iraq, et al. So yeah, Haiti would be a great fit in our bipartisan quest to become unrich and unpowerful.

So, Chavez has read the DIA memo.

1. Invade Haiti and rename it South Detroit.

2. Change flag to include Obama's original "who farted" Presidential photo that was up in federal courthouses for a couple of months in 2009 before he changed it.

3. Confiscate all tar paper houses, starving dogs, dirt and sewage that Haiti possesses.

4. ???

5. Profit!

It's the old "I'm failing spelling, so it must the fault of that kid who reads all the time for setting the bar so high. Hence, I'm justified in demanding his lunch money."

It never ceases to amaze me how much of the leftist mindset boils down to "Someone do it for me."

While breaking the law reading feeds on my phone in illinois I thought I read "faulty meth". Would probably have the same effect.

SB: "1. Invade Haiti and rename it South Detroit."

Can't we somehow do the other way around? Let the Haitians invade Detroit and annex it?

They can have Chicago, too, as long as Americans have a transit corridor to drive through.

Is there any way to physically move these cities along with their inhabitants?

'Cause I'm thinking Michigan and Illinois would actually be welcome members of the US if not for the unspeakable cesspools they call 'cities.'

I could be wrong, but didn't even the vilest of oppressors usually stand to gain something by occupation? Lebensraum, resources, strategic location, safer borders, etc? Given that we've already got Gitmo and Haiti is on an island, does even one of these apply?

Can we trade the residents of Detroit for an equal amount of Haitians? I think the Haitians would do a better job running the place than those we have there now.

Perhaps Mr. Chavez should hold off commenting until he can keep the power running in Caracas for more than 12 hours in a row.

As a general rule, any place that engenders an "Ew, why?" response isn't worth invading unless they're invading you first.

The irony is... if we were still a colonial power, they'd probably be better off in a couple generations. At least the buildings wouldn't fall down as easy.

The Left mindset is the antithesis of the 10th commandment, "Do Not Covet Thy Neighbor's _X_." They regard it as a First Instruction.
