What's he gonna do about it? Declare war on Columbia?
In a lack-of-caffeine induced freudian slip, I misread this headline as "Karzai says world not doing enough Afghan drugs." My initial thought was "Well, Hamid, if your price support programs weren't so effective, you could probably get better market penetration..."

I once saw a Clancy book and misread its title as: 'The Sum of all Freaks' :-D
Actually, that headline seems to me to say Karzai thinks the world should be getting more achieved while it's on Afghani drugs. Like the vacuuming and de-cobwebbing the back room. Or some such. In any case, it's poorly constructed, so you're not to blame for mis-reading it.
