We get signal. Main screen turn on.

Tech showed up.

Cable to the house needed to be turned back on.

All accomplished lickety-split.

I have a co-worker who keeps an old-style dial phone in the house so that, when he calls ANY 800 number, it HAS to go directly to a human.
I'll have to ask him if it goes to a human with a clue.

You can simulate a dial phone ... just do absolutely nothing when the phone system barks commands at you.
