I feel like this is actually pretty much a non-issue. It's not like the chair says "Mr. President;" if it said "Barack Obama for President" no one would be batting an eye. Realistically, "Barack Obama '08, President" means the same thing and doesn't mean the same thing as a chair that says "Mr. President."
As for "O-Force One," I think it's actually kind of clever. As much as I dislike Obama, this kind of thing is normal. Athletes visualize themselves in the winner's circle, and I'm pretty sure it'd be normal for a fighter getting ready for a boxing match to be saying "Joe Smith, Heavyweight Champion of the World!" to himself.
There's plenty of hubris to tag Obama on; this isn't much, if anything.
