...you realize that you have close to 1,000 rounds of .32ACP on hand...
...150+ of which are jacketed hollow points.
I am totally ready for the uprising of the midget zombies.

Sometimes, jacketed hollowpoints are all that is available to purchase and are as cheap as fmj
Ya know your a gun nut when you buy ammo for somethin' you ain't even got yet. In my case Clipped 8MM and 7,62 Russian. ;)
At the last gun show I attended I saw a box of Buffalo Bore .32 ACP +P. If a person can handle the recoil and muzzle blast, it's got REAL stopping power!
Are you selling any?
Ya know you're a gun nut when you're still holding onto a 1,000 rounds of once-fired 9x18 brass plus the reloading dies seven years after you sold your Makarov after being laid off.
I was looking for one of my many backpacks (yet another sign) and came across 160 rounds of 7.62x39 I forgot I had, and 75 rounds of 12 gauge... which is actually great, I have a newbie that wants to try an AK this weekend.
at least my .32 is a .327 Magnum. But my son carries a Llama .32 ACP. You know you've failed as a dad when...
I've only got about 300 rounds of .32ACP.
Of course, I don't have a gun chambered in .32ACP, but still, I *might* someday...
uprising of the midget zombies
Shoot low, sheriff, they're riding Shetland ponies.
You know you're a gun nut when you have to move some of you ammo downstairs 'cause you're exceeding the load limit on the 2nd floor.
Either that or you are totally into hunting hamsters!
Speaking of which, if you need a container for it, bug your roomie.

The lollipop Guild
The Lolli--BLAM!"
That's how it would have gone if Og had directed the Weezard of Og-Oz.
That's only good for 500 midgets, though.
Zombieland rule #2: Double Tap.
@DBM: +1 Lol.
Zombie movies are unbearable to watch because of the basic tactical errors. There's no frightening suspense, just a lot of yelling at the TV, "Drop the mouse and look around. Don't shoot zombies stuck behind a fence on full auto. Gaaah!" The only thing more dreadful would be Michael Bay directing WW-Z.
Somehow this just seems to fit...

Heck, I've got that much JHP in .25 ACP for their ankle-biting zombie spawn from the baby Beretta.
Sure, that might work for midget zombies...
but what about clown midget zombies?
geez i need more ammo... cant be left out... i want to kill midget zombies too!
How depressing. I freaked out last week when I realized that I was down to one case of .45acp. I've got a couple months before the next fun show too.
So I thought I'd start moving through the town library's DVDs in alphabetical order, and take everything I "always meant to see". And load up a bunch of ammunition while watching.
(Yes, I know, focus on reloading- but case sizing, priming, putting bullets in necks, and seating are feel only tasks really.)
What are the first three movies?
The Brave One, Bot in the Striped Pajamas, and Hotel Rwanda.
YKYAGNW when you watch random three movies in a row thinking, "If the people in these movies could have done what I'm doing right now, there wouldn't have been movies made about them."
Captcha word IDEMIC- when everyone gets sick on the 15th of some months and the 13th of others.
.32 ACP: Found to be as effective on Austro-Hungarian Royals, as it is on Midget Zombies. Gotta be something to that.
Forget investing in gold. Ammo will be currency after the fall.
Grafs is delivering me some currency hopefully tomorrow.
Am I the only reader who first saw that as "...1,000 POUNDS..."?
That, gentle readers, is a pile of ammo. Even .32ACP popgun ammo.

Like I remarked to Bobbi over dinner the other day, people can make fun of .32ACP all they want, but what other caliber has killed ten million people with only two shots?
.32ACP, known everywhere else as the 7.62 Browning.
I think you'd be more ready for the Commie Midget Zombie uprising.;)
7,65 Browning. :)
Actually only one shot, killing Sophie Chotek wouldn't have been seen as a problem.
I haven't owned a .32 since that wonderful day the ex- left and took my guns with her. I was so glad to see her go I didn't even miss my guns!!
The lightest caliber I will carry today is 9mm, now that Ambulance Driver introduced me to the Taurus 709 (790?) the Slim.

Tam,
If it serves my memory, .32 ACP is also believed to be the round that Hitler chose as his ticket out. There has to be a Nazi midget zombie dictator joke in there somewhere...
I have close to 1,000 rounds of .32ACP also, but I think they're all FMJ. If I get attacked by 1,000 Austro-Hungarian archdukes/Nazi dictators, I'm all set! Clown midget zombies might present a problem, though.
Sounds like someone needs a class 3 Vz.61, were such a thing to exist....
For you .32ACP gun nutz, here's an article on the 1903 Colt and it's enduring charms. http://www.americanrifleman.org/ArticlePage.aspx?id=2260&cid=19&utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=Read-the-history-text&utm_campaign=RugersCEO
