I've had a 2340 with both the .357 Sig and .40S&W barrel since they first came out and its always been a good and dependable firearm for me, now I'm thinking maybe I should see if anyone is making a 9mm conversion barrel, just cuz.
Ed, I have a Ruger that has the plastic lower and steel slide and it sticks a bit when it heats up and fouls from firing a couple mags. I grease it with M-14 rifle grease and the problem has gone away, but the cool look does have its drawbacks. Not sure if SIG has the same problem.
Great, now I need a new pocketknife. I didn't know I needed a new knife earlier this morning, but now it's beyond argument; it's like a concealable santoku. That thing is cool looking and it looks like it would be very hard for your hard to slide up onto the blade during hard use, which is my #1 concern with pocket cutlery. Because ouch.
Insofar as feel and handling what would the 2022 best compare with? I've had good results with the LCP and SR22 all polymer frames but acknowledge the shortened lifespan.
I like the Eraser! Striking look, begs to be photographed, but it feels weirdly comfortable in the hand. Much better fit & finish than some CRKTs I've owned.
Funny: I just found your site - and will be back - while I was sitting here oiling up my holster for my Sig P250 and admiring my new Ka-Bar fighting knife.

Nice looking hardware! Sigh. I feel so inadequate clinging to my 1911, Spyderco knife, and Surefire flashlight. I'm such a dinosaur =)
There's a newfangled lever on that-there SIG that none of my Classic P-series got. What do it do?

Damn it...now I have to get one before they become the most popular gun on the internets.

That's SIGnificantly cool.
Really like the two tone look. Makes the pistol look downright elegant.

My only issue is mine has that craptastic Sig products only rail unlike the newer ones.

Your Ruger has polymer rails, right?
I prefer my guns to go a couple cases rather than a couple mags if necessary.

There's a slide stop and a decocker, just like a classic P-series; the slide stop is just a big long external piece on the SIGPros.
Stop what?

I think he means it's time to collaborate and listen.
I love the smell of new gun oil in the morning. It smells like VICTORY.
I don't want a SIG goldangit! I'm a Dapper Dan man!

I like that your Sig's grip has a seal on it, like the toilet in my last hotel room.
"SigSauerized for your protection."
You must have ordered from Palmetto State. I'm waiting on mine.
STOP. That's what it says right there. In the picture.
See? The tag sez 'STOP'

What was the impetus for this'n? I know you'd talked about getting a "fun nine" that you didn't have to accessorize, but drop us the backstory.
Was it a yen for SIGs? A good price? The first one you saw? We hang on your ev'ry word, just about.

That flipper is a thing of beauty in deployment.

Obviously fate.
