It's pronounced "Heinous".

Once you're standing in line at the hardware store to buy the Quikrete, you've pretty much blown your shot at manslaughter.

The TeeWee announcer said the accused perps could be facing "65 years in prison".

Me: "I thought Indiana was a death penalty state?"

Roomie: "It is."

Me: "Well, what do you have to do to warrant it if beating a toddler to death won't do the trick?"

May take two toddlers.

And I prefer "death trial" state, since that's generally all these creatures get.

In other news Bernie Madoff was sentenced to 150 years. I guess swindling a lot of people is more than twice as bad as beating a toddler to death, huh?

I'm really tired of this.

Maybe he was talking about how long they'll drag out the appeals process.

My grandma would say that hangin's too good for him, and I agree. I'm a fan of the "string him up by his thumbs and raffle off a few rounds with Mr. Baseball Bat" school of criminal justice.

Cheating on taxes?

"Cheating on taxes?"

You obviously haven't been keeping up on recent events. Cheating on your taxes seems to be a requirement for a Cabinet-level position in the current Administration.

If there were any justice, the two would have been shot while attempting to flee police.
