A Bersa Thunder .380, to be specific. You can tell it was love at first shoot.
Plus, she dug around and found someone who makes custom wood grips for them. I wish I'd known about those; I'd have sold a blue jillion sets of those grips.

And they make some spiffy Makarov grips too! Finally someone offers formal wear for the ol' commie steel.
:Perk: Did I hear someone say wood grips?
If you're interested go to altamontco.com.
Let me know if you see anything you'd like me to hook you up with.
As it's a .380, shouldn't the thunder be pronounced funduh ala Elmer Fudd?
Say Tam...what is your opinion of the Bersa Thunder? I'm considering one to carry when I can't carry or need something more subtle than my 5" 1911.
I think theyre fine little guns.
A little rough, a little short on "snob appeal", but they work and they are accurate and they are very reasonably priced. I'd climb over a pile of current production PPKs to get to a Thunder .380.
Thank You
