So I'm off in a few moments to meet a bunch of imaginary people from teh intarw3bz. Of course, this is going to take place at a local pub.
Someday I should tell about the time I went off to meet a bunch of imaginary people from teh intarw3bz as the token chick at a deer hunting camp in the middle of a swamp.
You know what? You meet the coolest imaginary people on teh intarw3bz.
UPDATE: Wow. Almost a dozen folks on only 48hrs notice. Come June, we'll have to rent a place or something...

Gotta say, hanging out by the fire with you and Doug, while the TX contingent and Byron talked inside, was one of the best moments of my life. Good times.
In a perfect universe there would be a Valhalla, and The Old Home Place would be there.
Yeah. And I wouldn't kill all the deer while you, Byron, and Texans saw none. :-)
As one of the imaginary friends, I have to say thank you for the invite. Enjoyed the brew. Will try and stay longer in June.
BTW, the firm I was trying hard to remember was STACKPOLE...remembered it on the way back to our son's apartment.
All The Best,
Frank W. James
Dittos to what Frank said. Thank you (and Roberta) for putting this together.

The June meet could easily include shootage.
Oh, and damned fine to meet you all. Email me for the correct spelling of my name for the restraining orders.
Great conversation, great afternoon, great brew. Thanks for putting it together & looking fwd to the next.
I really was intending to come but was ambushed by the boss with a request to go to the exhibition "Breaking the Mode" at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. So it was:
Continuation of Marriage vs. Beer, Scotch Eggs and Gunny talk.
Sob!
I'll try to make it to the 'big' meeting later. But maybe this could be a monthly thing?
